Spa Policies


Appointments & Cancellations

As a courtesy, we will give you a reminder call the day before to confirm your appointment. If we do not speak directly to you, we will leave a message where ever possible.

As a courtesy to other clients and Indulgence’s staff, appointments should be cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment.


Booking Appointments

Peak hours are late afternoons/evenings and weekends, so please book as far in advance as possible in order to ensure getting the particular time, day and member of staff that you want.


Late Arrivals

We regret that late arrivals will NOT receive an extension unless time permits, i.e. if your late arrival does not encroach on the next appointment.

Arrival

Please let the receptionist know when you arrive. Existing clients please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.

If this is your first visit to Indulgence, please arrive15 minutes early to fill out new client form.

We do however understand that delays do occur, please notify Indulgence so we may adjust your appointment alert the associate.


Attire

Most people come to our spa in very casual attire– something you can easily slip off. During most treatments, you will wear very little clothing or you will be nude yet completely covered/draped.

Other treatments such as Spray Tanning you may bring a swimsuit or we can supply disposable wear.

Men are requested to bring or leave on boxers, briefs if it is necessary we do not provide disposable wear for Men


Children

Spa: Children are not allowed. If a child is receiving a treatment, parent must be present.

Salon: If bringing small children, please bring an item to entertain them. If you are receiving services in our Spa, we recommend that very small children be left at home or if you are receiving a service requiring more than (1) hour.

During peak hours we do not have staff to attend them.

Please be considerate to other patrons if children are accompanying you.


Socializing

When in the spa please be mindful of others receiving treatments by keeping conversions at low volume.


Cell Phones & Pagers

With respect for all other clients attending the spa, please turn off or place on vibrate your cell phone or pager while in the spa. Using cell phones during the session slows the technician and your service time will have to be adjusted in order to finish your service in time as well as interrupts your enjoyment of your service.


Gift Certificates & discounted Prepaid Services

No refunds on Gift Certificates. Buyer may use gift certificate at any time, we do not believe in expiration dates for our Gift Certificates.

We require 24 hours cancellation for all gift cards for services. Failure to cancel will result in full charges for sevices scheduled.

Discounted services will be handled by the receptionist as she books you out, please have discount card with you otherwise we will not apply at the time of service.


Nudity Issues

It is never required that you are unclothed in front of anyone in our Day Spa. You will be left alone to change or to put on a robe. Our staff are well trained in the “art of draping” which means that the area of the body they are working on is the only area exposed at that time. They also leave the treatment room before you get up from the treatment.
